This week, SPURUI successfully organized a training meeting in Mexico on topics such as spray gun usage scenarios, applicable air pressure, and selection of spray gun caliber. We invited a number of local painters with many years of spray painting experience to enthusiastically share their experience and usage techniques.
Because the spray gun is a professional spraying equipment, if you want to achieve a good spraying effect, you must choose the appropriate spray gun caliber, paint and air pressure value according to the usage scenario.
In this training, we focused on the following content:
1. Regarding the applicable scenarios of different spray paint guns: Different models of spray paint guns are suitable for different scenarios, including indoor, outdoor, large areas, small areas, etc. Among them, HVLP (High Flow Low Pressure) spray guns are suitable for fine work and controlling coating thickness, while HP (High Pressure) spray guns are used for rapid coverage and large area spraying.
2. Regarding the importance of air pressure: Correctly setting the air pressure is the key to achieving ideal spraying results.
3. Regarding the choice of caliber: Smaller calibers (such as 1.3mm to 1.8mm) are suitable for fine work and small surfaces, while larger calibers (such as 2.0mm to 2.5mm) are suitable for large surfaces or rapid spraying. Choosing the correct caliber ensures even distribution of paint, reduces material waste, and improves work efficiency.
In addition, training includes how to select the appropriate spray gun for different job requirements and coating types. Through this training, SPURUI Mexico dealers have mastered the skills of using spray paint guns, helping them recommend suitable spray paint gun products to local customers. It solves the problems caused by improper selection or improper use by end customers.
Here, we would like to thank all our customers for their trust and support in our company. We look forward to meeting you again next time to discuss the skills and experience in using spray guns.
