After sales

Installation Service We will provide English training videos and user manuals for machine installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as technical guidance via e-mail, phone or wechat when you encounter installation, use or adjustment problems.
If necessary, we can send technicians to customer's factory for installation and pre-running of the machine. (Customers need to pay the relevant fees)
Training Service Professional guidance and training to ensure the normal operation. Our technician is available to your factory and offer training of how to use our machines. As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.

OEM/ODM Process

  • 1.Product requirements confirmation

    Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements, including product functions, specifications, performance, etc.

    2.Design and development

    3.Sample production and confirmation

    According to the designed and developed products, samples are produced and provided to customers for confirmation. Customers can test and evaluate samples to ensure the product meets their requirements.

  • 4.Price negotiation and contract signing

    After sample confirmation, conduct price negotiation with the customer and finally reach an agreement. After that, sign the OEM/ODM contract to clarify the rights, responsibilities and cooperation details of both parties.

    5.Production and quality inspection

    According to the signed contract, mass production of floor washing machines will be carried out. During the production process, quality inspection and quality control are carried out to ensure that the quality of the products meets the standards.

  • 6.Packaging and delivery

    After completing the production of the spray gun, package the product and arrange delivery to the customer. Packaging is usually customized according to customer's requirements.

    7.After-sales service
